04. AI-generated content
Torsik Ltd uses artificial intelligence systems to help prepare internal research, analysis and draft materials. Current AI providers may include OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude) and Google AI systems, including Gemini and NotebookLM. xAI (Grok) and Perplexity are not treated as adopted operational processors unless later evidence confirms use.
AI-generated output is reviewed by a person before it is delivered to clients. However:
- AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete or biased output.
- Torsik Ltd does not warrant that AI-generated elements are error-free.
- Clients remain responsible for their own final decisions.
Use of this website does not create any duty of care.
05. Intellectual property
All website content is owned by Torsik Ltd unless otherwise stated. This includes text, branding, graphics, podcasts, methodologies, slide decks, sample reports and logos.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or use any of it for commercial gain without our prior written consent.

Any downloadable materials are provided for evaluation purposes only, without warranty and without obligation. They may not be shared, resold or repurposed without written permission.
07. Clarity calls
Clarity calls are exploratory discussions only. They do not constitute consulting advice, do not create contractual obligations, and do not create fiduciary duties. Torsik Ltd may refuse or discontinue calls at its discretion.
08. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Torsik Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data or reputational damage, arising from your use of this website.
No fee is payable for access to this website. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the website, of whatever nature, shall not exceed £100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited

This website uses and may link to third-party platforms, including Hostinger, Squarespace and GoDaddy for website hosting, staging, rollback and domain infrastructure; PostgreSQL for website operational records; Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Torsik first-party website analytics and Google Cloud BigQuery for website statistics, heatmaps, session replay, analytics and reporting; Zoho CRM and Zoho Books for commercial records, invoicing and accounting; Google Workspace and Apple iCloud for email, calendar and file storage; Notion for project management, documents and knowledge base; Obsidian and Obsidian Sync for documents and notes; MailerLite for newsletters and email marketing; ScoreApp for diagnostic scorecards; Zapier for limited automation routes; Speechify API, Speechify and Wispr Flow for audio, transcription, text-to-speech and workstation productivity; SalesAgents.uk for recruitment and candidate sourcing; the video tools Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom; the AI providers listed in section 4; and LinkedIn, Instagram and X. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party platforms.
Some retired or transitional platforms may still hold historic records while we preserve audit trails, export records or complete deletion checks. ClickUp is retired as a current task system. HubSpot, SurveyMonkey, Teamwork and Zoho Inventory are not current operating systems. Mailchimp is not a current email platform unless later evidence shows real customer or prospect data remains there.

10. Changes to the website
We reserve the right to modify, withdraw or update any part of the website without notice.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
